What is a Credit Union?
A Credit Union is a financial co-operative, owned and run by its members. Radio Taxis Credit Union provides loans at favourable rates for any purpose including meeting your tax bill,  cab overhaul or even a holiday.

Who can join?
Any driver or member of staff of Radio Taxis Group Limited or our subsidiary companies are eligible. Members' partners and their children are also eligible to join. Children must be a minimum of 18 years old and living at the same address as their parents.

There are significant benefits of belonging to a Credit Union:

Savings
Save regularly by having an amount deducted each month from your account work income or salary. The amount that is saved can be amended at any time.

Loans
Loans are available to members after a qualifying period of three months. The maximum amount you are entitled to borrow is based on a multiple of your savings to date. Interest is charged at 1% per month on the reducing balance (12.68% APR)

Free insurance

All savings and loans are protected by free life insurance. In the event of your death, all outstanding loans are automatically paid off. In addition, your named beneficiary receives up to double the amount of your total savings.
