Full Time Evening Positions Available
JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for handling customer's requests whilst inputting and processing the required data. This will involve adhering to internal policies and procedures and utilizing working knowledge of the organizations products to meet the department's productivity and quality standards.
KEY TASKS
- Achieve 40 calls per hour
- Achieve 80 second call duration
- Achieve 5% clerical level or under
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must demonstrate effective communications skills, both oral and handwritten
- Utilize automated systems to log and retrieve information.
- Process customer requests to company standards - efficiently and accurately
- Demonstrate high degree of empathy with callers so that the company can
- Meet and exceed the customer's expectations.
- Continually develop a working knowledge of internal policies, procedures and products
- Investigate and resolve or report customer problems. Identifies and refers difficult customer situations to the appropriate party.
REQUIREMENTS
- Effective PC/keyboard skills
- Ability to use phone system effectively
- Ability to use additional applications as necessary
- Effective verbal and listening skills to provide courteous and professional customer service
- Understanding of customer service needs and requirements
- Ability to develop and maintain working knowledge of the organizations products and services
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Organizational skills required to perform multi tasks
