Overwhelming vote of confidence in board from shareholders

• Shareholders vote over 96% in favour of re-election of board members
• Management strategy shows the company is delivering results

At the Radio Taxis Group Annual Meeting held Sunday 22 April, shareholders voted overwhelmingly in support of the re-election of Alan Franks, Operations Director, and Andrew Herbert, Managing Director. Both were re-elected to the board by a significant margin.

At the meeting, held in central London, Radio Taxis Group Chairman, Geoffrey Riesel highlighted the significant steps taken by the company since de-mutualisation. He illustrated the benefits of offering an integrated transport solution for clients, which has seen the company win new blue-chip contracts such as Westminster City Council and HSBC.

Geoffrey Riesel, Chairman, said:

"I am delighted shareholders have recognised the hard work of the management team, who are delivering on our strategy to become the leading ground transport services supplier in the UK. We have a very strong team here at Radio Taxis Group that is delivering results, not only at board level but at every level within the organisation.
