It's official; Radio Taxis are international top taxi company of the year!
At the international annual conference of the Taxicab Limousine & Paratransit Association (TLPA), held in Boston USA this month (November 2005) , Group Chairman Geoffrey Riesel received on behalf of Radio Taxis, the honour of being awarded "The large fleet Taxicab operator of the year" for outstanding management and excellence in standards.
More than 800 taxi companies across the globe belong to the association (formerly called the International Taxicab and Livery Association, ITLA), which has members from as far and wide as Australia, Singapore, South Africa, Canada, UK , Europe, Russia, Latin America and the USA.
In receiving the award Radio Taxis Group Chairman, Geoffrey Riesel said, “I accept this award on behalf of the Management and staff at Radio Taxis Group, who do such a great job. But most importantly I accept the award on behalf of our drivers, who are the real heroes of our industry. They really are the best there is."
